Pedicab is a traditional ground transportation of human powered,like riksaw
in china. Pedicab has e wheel and can accommodate 2 to 3 people. Pedicabs are
enviromentally friendly transportation and is still widely used in rural ares
or the absense of a motor vehicle. Riksaw have some kind of model. However, in principle,
continue to use human power. Pedicab has other advantages in comparison with
modern transpor, Pedicabs are not treated as motor vehicles requiring oil,
fuel, and spare parts that need to be replace in time.
In Indonesia, Pedicab have been recognized by traditional communities. As a
means of transportation, old 
people have used it in their daily lives. In some
areas in Indonesia, pedicab is still popular and often used for travel, escort,
shopping at the market and to the livelihoods of the population.but with the
ddevelopment of technology, today began decreases. Even pedicab in major cities
present is sometimes difficult to find. Because pedicab are not able to compete
with modern transport that has the speed, comfort, and greater number of
passenger of the pedicab and distance is not far away.
